Proverbs 27:18 King James Version (KJV)

Whoso keepeth the fig tree shall eat the fruit thereof: so he that waiteth on his master shall be honoured.

Praise The Lord Everyone. I hope all of you are blessed under mighty hand of God.
Today as we see the scripture Proverbs 27 : 18 we will see in-depth meaning of the verse.

The main aim of this verse is to highlight the gift of Patience.

Fig Tree:

Let us understand the fig tree. It is one of the first plant that was cultivated by man.  It took 3 to 5 years for a fig tree to grow.

So that means in order to get fruit form the fig tree one has to wait atleast 3 to 5 years and guard the fig tree.

Patience:

Again in the scripture it says those waiteth on his master shall be honoured. Earlier days slavery use to practice all over the world. But nowdays slavery doesn’t exist. Suppose if you are in a job and if you obey the boss and give respect to him. What will you get back is Honour not only form men but also from God.

So how long you have to serve the master of guard a fig tree. The answer is till you get fruits for your labor.
Patience is the gift from God. In order to get patience we should ask the Holy Spirit to fill us with the Spirit of Patience.

Prayer

Dear God thank you for the verse Proverbs 27:18. Fill us with the gift of Patience so that we can wait till our due time and we will harvest the fruit of our labor. Give us wisdom and strength. In Jesus name I Pray. Amen.

Deuteronomy 29 29
Deuteronomy 29 29

Deuteronomy 29:29 King James Version (KJV)

The secret things belong unto the Lord our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law.

Praise The Lord Everyone,Greetings in the name of Jesus Christ. I hope you all are blessed under mighty hand of our Lord.

Today we will discuss about the scripture Deuteronomy 29:29.

This is very concealed scripture itself. It has a deep meaning and revelation in it.
First of all it talks about the secret things. There are so many secrets which are hidden from us.
Those are from material world and many are from the Spiritual realm. God who dwells in the heaven knows exactly what to reveal and what not.
Deuteronomy 29 29
Deuteronomy 29 29
He is the source of wisdom and if we want to know those secrets we should get wisdom from God.
Daniel Prayed in Daniel 2:20 to 23 20 Daniel answered and said, Blessed be the name of God for ever and ever: for wisdom and might are his:
21 And he changeth the times and the seasons: he removeth kings, and setteth up kings: he giveth wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding:
22 He revealeth the deep and secret things: he knoweth what is in the darkness, and the light dwelleth with him.
23 I thank thee, and praise thee, O thou God of my fathers, who hast given me wisdom and might, and hast made known unto me now what we desired of thee: for thou hast now made known unto us the king's matter.

In 22 verse it says he reveals the deep and secret things, so in order to reveal the secrets we should pray like Daniel to gain the wisdom and then God will reveal his Plan for us.

Things which are revealed are for us and for our children’s. God wants us to attain full of knowledge of God. So He wants us to continuously seek for it.
