What is the Whole Duty of Man? - Part I

Most of the time we think in our life what is the purpose of my Life?Why I am here on this earth? What is my duty here? What do Bibles say about this?

Psalm 91 Book

Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this the whole duty of man.

(Ecclesiastes 12:13) (KJV)

Fear God is the first and the most important duty of man and Why the fear of the God is most important?

And Moses said unto the people, Fear not: for God is come to prove you, and that his fear may be before your faces, that ye sin not.

Exodus 20:20

One thing is for sure God doesn't hate the sinner but he hates sin. If we have fear of the God then we will not sin and this can lead us to the whole duty of man.

Nowadays we have so many cc tv cameras all over the place. So whenever anyone tries to commit any sin or if they try to steal something they get the fear that they might be caught in cc tv camera.

Same way if we imagine that God's eye is upon us every day then we will be cautious enough to do right things and we will try to be holy because our God is holy.

For I am the Lord your God: ye shall, therefore, sanctify yourselves, and ye shall be holy; for I am holy: neither shall ye defile yourselves with any manner of creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
Leviticus 11:44

Scripture says Fear of God is clean. So this fear can make us clean and if you want to fulfill the whole duty of Man then you should have this.

The fear of the Lord is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether. Psalm 19:9

So what is the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments.

What is the benefit of the Fear Of God?

1) In your life, you will not lack anything

O fear the LORD, ye his saints, ye his saints: for there is not want to them that fear him.
Psalm 34:9 (KJV)

2) Fear of God is the starting point for wisdom.

The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding has all they do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever.
Psalm 111:10 (KJV)

God has Seven Spirit (Isaiah 11:2), but delight is in the Fear of the Lord (Isaiah 11:3).

What can we do to receive the Spirit of the Fear of God?

Ask, and it shall be given you. (Matthew 7:7)

Ask the Spirit of Fear of the LORD today and receive your breakthrough.

This is the whole duty of man

Parable of the sower of Seed

In the Parable of the sower of Seed, we can see 4 different types of seed which are sowed.
(Luke 8:4-8)
1) Wayside
2) Rock
3) Throne
4) Good Ground

What is the Seed?

Seed is the word of God according to the scripture. In these below two scripture, we can clearly see that the Seed is Word of God. Which we see in different books of Gospel in the Parable of the sower of Seed.

The sower soweth the word.
Mark 4:14 (KJV)

When any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the wayside.
Matthew 13:19 (KJV)

As we all know Word of God is Jesus Christ which we can see from the following scriptures.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
John 1:1(KJV)

And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only-begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
John 1:14 (KJV)

And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. Revelation 19:13 (KJV)

So in the Parable of the sower of Seed we can clearly see that God has sown Jesus as a seed into the heart of a man.

Here in Luke 8:8 we see “And when he said these things, he cried.” (KJV)

The seed which is when sowed on Wayside it was trodden down, and the fowls of the air devoured it, when sowed on the rock it was sprung up and it withered away because it lacked moisture and some showed on thorns and thorns sprang up with it and choked it.

But some were sown on Good Ground and sprang up, and bore fruit a hundredfold.

How much % hundredfold is?

Hundredfold = 10,000% (100 x 100)

So this means each Scripture in Bible has the power to bring 10,000% fruits. That is the amazing power what the Word of God has and this is why we see in the Parable of the sower of Seed Jesus Cried (shouted) because loss of each seed means loss of 10,000 expected fruit and each fruit has seed in it which can again be sown to bring much more trees and fruits. What a big loss to the Kingdom of God.

Don’t allow the devil to steal the Seed which is Word Of God who is Christ Jesus, either by falling on wayside, rock or on the throne because it is a big loss.

Once a seed is lost means lost, don’t give a single chance to your enemy to steal the seed from your heart, because it has the power to bring hundredfold (10,000%) fruits for the Kingdom Of God.

This we can see in Parable of the sower of seed.

Spirit of Sonship Part III

In the last blog, we have seen about an heir. In this blog, we will see about inheritance.

Psalm 91 Book

Inheritance:

Before understanding Inheritance lets us understand the word Inherit.

Inherit: Receive (money, property, or a title) as an heir at the death of the previous holder. (Wikipedia)

As we all know the heir of God's Kingdom is Jesus and He died on the cross so that first will can be accomplished.

For where a will is, there must also of necessity be the death of the maker. For a will is in force after men are dead: otherwise, it is of no strength at all while the maker lives.
Hebrews 9:16,17(KJV).

God want to give us Inheritance. This HE has achieved by sending HIS only begotten Son Jesus Christ, and those who accept Jesus as Lord and Savior HE make them partakers of HIS divine Kingdom.

And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified. Acts 20:32 (KJV)

For this reason, God appointed Paul as his disciple to open the eyes of the gentiles and let them have an inheritance in the Heavenly Kingdom.

To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.
Acts 26:18 (KJV)

When we think from an earthly perspective we think that the inheritance will be here on this earth only. But that’s not true this inheritance is bigger than what we imagine this is in Heaven which is incorruptible.

To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,
1 Peter 1:4 (KJV)

Also, this inheritance will be eternal. Eternal that is what Jesus talked about many time having eternal life. This eternal life simply doesn't mean an ordinary life but a Royal Life in His Kingdom.

And for this cause, he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.
Hebrews 9:15(KJV)

Saints in Christ becomes light in the firmament.

Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:
Colossians 1:12 (KJV)

God want to give us Reward i.e. Inheritance

Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.
Colossians 3:24 (KJV)

Our aim should be to inherit the Kingdom what Lord has kept for us. Because we all are Sons of God.

Spirit of Sonship Part II

In the last blog, we have seen about Spirit of Sonship. In this blog, we will see about Heir.

Psalm 91 Book

HEIR:

A person legally entitled to the property or rank of another on that person's death. (Wikipedia)

Are we legally entitled to have the property i.e. Kingdom of God to inherit here on this earth?

Let’s See what Scripture says about this-

And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise. Galatians 3:29 (KJV)

God Choose Abraham because he wanted a pure seed to crush the head of the devil. God has promised him the one who will come from his own body will be the heir (Genesis 15:3,4)

So we are Abraham’s decedents through Christ Jesus. We are Wild Olive branches grafted in the main Olive tree. Hence we are the seed of Abraham and Heir. (Romans 11:16 to 26)

And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together. Romans 8:17 (KJV)

The purpose of God:

In the parable of the Vinedresser, servants killed the Son because they knew He was the Heir.

But when the husbandmen saw the son, they said among themselves, This is the heir; come, let us kill him, and let us seize on his inheritance. Matthew 21:37 (KJV).

God allowed his own son to be crucified so that we all can become the heir of HIS Royal Kingdom.This is the ultimate Promise of The God which God gave to Abraham and which HE fulfilled through Church (Bride of Christ).

We can be heir if we recognize our self as a son of God. Then we will become an heir to the Kingdom of God.

Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ. Galatians 4:7 (KJV)

That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life. Titus 3:7 (KJV)

So if you have Spirit of Sonship then you are no longer slave or servant but son and if a son then Heir too.

Spirit of Sonship Part I

There are two types of People in this world.

1) Son or Daughter
2) Orphan

Who is the first son on this earth?

Psalm 91 Book

And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living soul. Genesis 2:7 (KJV)

Adam became the first son on this earth but unfortunately, he loosed the sonship by disobeying the commandment of the LORD.

So all the people on the earth were orphan including Israelites.

Now people will offend over this how can Israelites are orphan.

Let me put you in this way none of the Israeliets called LORD as Father because they consider it was a blasphemy.

It was Jesus who called him as a Father.

The main aim of Jesus was to bring reconciliation between sons and father.

Which first Adam Lost but Last Adam regain by paying the full price on the Cross.

Hence we don’t have the Spirit of Orphan and we are not in Bondage but we have Spirit of Adoption i.e. why we can call Him as Abba Father.

For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. Romans 8:15 (KJV)

This is why those who are in Christ they are the new creation and they are Sons of God.

And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father. Galatians 4:6 (KJV)

Now we don’t have to again go into the bondage but we are free
